  1. Client was not satisfied/does not like the channels; does not qualify for a refund. We encourage our clients to go for a trial before buying a longer subscription.
  2. Issues that arise when a user can’t setup their box and system on their end does not qualify for a refund. We provide our best support for setting up boxes, hardware, applications and system in all cases of help request.
